Dear Support I'm noticing on instance2 that my Historical W-D charts and others are often stuck in "Waiting to Download Historical Data" with no message in the log to say why. I'm also seeing an issue with continuous contracts where is says "Downloading Continuous Contract Data" and some, not all, current (Z) futures contracts like YM and NQ. with timeframes Hist_W Hist_D and Intraday W >> 1 min. I have have opened a clean Chartbook in instance2 and added 2 charts it's showing the same message. See screen shot. I've also deleted the instance2 and recreated with same issue. As mentioned I'm also having issues with continuous contracts which I've not had before. Image attached. I'd also prefer to access the data in instance 1 rather than having 2 sets the same. Is this possible? Any thoughts? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-11-08 16:25:45
