Hi, I recently created my account and encountered an issue while attempting to activate the 15-day trial. When I initially tried to activate it, I did not receive any SMS. On my subsequent attempt, I received the following error message: {"ERROR":"Failed to send code to number. Maximum number of SMS messages already sent to Sierra Chart account using different SMS numbers. Further tries not allowed."} I'm in need of assistance to resolve this matter. Best regards, |

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary. If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu. After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".
