Hello, I want to contract the data and they ask me to sign some documents and they ask me for the trading account number but I don't have one because first I want to only use the platform and the data in demo. Can I leave the box blank? Or what do I have to put? all the best |

You do not need to fill out any documents at this time. The documents you are referring to are for the real-time data, which you do not have access to while you are on a trial. Please us the provided delayed streaming data while you are working through how to use Sierra Chart. This data acts like the real-time data only is delayed by 10-15 minutes, depending on the exchange. And this data is available at no cost as long as you are on a trial or any paid package. Yes, but my intention is to buy the real-time data and the platform to operate in demo conditions with real-time data. And then open an account with a broker. But I see that when it asks me for the trading account number, I must have a broker account if I want to do that, right?

If you are wanting data for the CME Group, then they (the CME Group) have a requirement that in order to get the data at the "non-professional" price, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the information at the following link: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you are wanting data for a different exchange (such as EUREX) then you do not need to worry about this requirement and the forms do not ask for an account number.
