"Select Files To Open On Startup" Does not open on click

I have downloaded and installed the new version today but this behavior still persists. When I go to Global Settings -> General -> and click on the button to choose the file to open on startup, it just doesn't open the folder window to choose the desired cht file. It's not a big deal but worth noting Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-11-06 08:18:58
