Hi. I have multiple Apex Trader Funding accounts but one of mine shows that I am down hundreds of points in Sierra Chart whilst up up hundreds of points in actuality. More recently it shows I am short 4 contracts in NQ when I never placed a trade. It all shows up normally and as expected on Apex's side but have no clue how it's showing this on Sierra's side. Naturally, I need this sorted out so I can proceed with confidence. For reference, I believe it showed I was down over 300 points on Friday and now shows I'm short 4 contracts and down 143 points. Very concerned how this is possible and appreciate your assistance in resolving the issue. Thank you. |
