Hi. Can you assist? I'm trying to connect to Rithmic Direct- DTC [trading] on a second install of Sierra Chart, and I am unable. Issue: The Service Settings >> Server list is not appearing - more precisely, the server list is completely blank. Steps taken to address issue thus far: I confirmed I'm running the most current V. of SC. I have Service Package 11 I closed and reopened the Data/ Trade Service Settings window multiple times. UPDATE: I finally resolved this issue by turning off my windows firewall when accessing the server list as instructed in the link below: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem |
