Hi Support, I have a routing only CQG connection (no data, broker routing only) for CME markets etc set up in SC, reading the support documentation it seems like I should have Denali data automatically for these markets which I've paid for just top of book for all CME markets. It was working last night connected to CQG/AMP routing but data from Denali (appeared to using CQG Symbol nomenclature), this morning though I have errors around data not supported for the symbols I have open. I am connected to CQG/AMP routing only, and have enabled SC Data Services, the DOM's I have open are as of last night on CQG symbol nomenclature. Is this the correct order of operations: 1. Let SC Connect to CQG 2. Use the Translated Symbols to current service, so from SC Symbols to CQG (this seemed to work and the F.US.SYMBOL format had the correct real time price)? 2.1 Use the Denali symbol nomenclature and then connect to CQG broker service and then translate (this seemed to enable the data last night)? 3. I should be connected to the CQG/AMP broker account and it should "just work", should be using CQG Symbol nomenclature and SC will translate symbols in the background? Pretty sure I have everything else configured correctly, cant see it that you would have made it so I need to translate symbols everytime or some special start up routine required. Thanks Tim |
