I have linked a live futures trading account and have completed the documentation related to nonprofessional status. However I have not been able to receive the discount for nonprofessionals for the Denali data feed. Thank you.

You are setup with the "Full CME Group for Non-Professional Trading Accounts", although you currently have this exchange deactivated, so it will not renew next month. And you are setup as a "Non-Professional" as far as the agreements for the CME Group and you have connected to your live, funded futures trading account so your "Verified Until" date is now 2023-11-29. Therefore, we do not understand the question you are asking. If you are having an issue getting real-time data for the CME Group, then please let us know the specific issue.
