We have a manual step that occurs with Bitcoin payments, so they can take a couple of days to show in your account. We have added 5 days of Usage Time to your account in order to ensure that the payment is posted prior to the renewal for your account. I appreciate the gesture. But I require nasdaq total-view data to trade. I am currently in a trading competition and getting delayed data doesn't help with the trading. I would appreciate if we can sort it out because there are only seven days remaining in the competition.
