Hello,

The Large Volume Trade Indicator was working, but then stopped. I've done a fresh install of the study and now nothing publishes historically and after a new bar is published, the previous value disappears. I have check to make sure the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is set to 1 Tick and deleted and downloaded ESZ3.CME data several time and it will still not work. Please let me know what information is needed for help. I am at a lost. Thanks.

Please set the Input for "Draw Volume Text" to "Transparent" and see if the data is really still displayed or not. We wonder if the Input for "Marker Color/Size Based On" being set to "Visible Bars" is causing the circles to be too small.

I've tried with all my same setting from yesterday and has seemed to have helped with data from today. My chart has been up all day, so more Tick by Tick data has loaded. I still don't have any publishes from before yesterday, but I am going to delete and download data again to see if historic information will publish. Does the study require the chart to remain open in order to publish? I thought it worked for historic information as well.

Thanks John.

Deleting data and re-downloading did not bring the historic publishes back, but no big deal. If you have any suggestions, that would be welcomed.

Thanks for your help, John.

The Large Volume Trade Indicator definitely works on all the data that is loaded in the chart.

The one thing we can think that you may be seeing is that during the Overnight Session, there may not be any trades that match your requirement, so there would not be any items drawn during those times.

If you do not think it is the above, then please scroll your chart back to where your last indicators are and where they are not showing and take a screenshot for us to see:

Everything looks good in the chart you sent us. We are seeing the Large Volume Trade Indicator in all bars in the chart.

We just realized that you are using Rithmic for your data, therefore what you are seeing makes sense in terms of only seeing the information when you are connected to the data feed, as they have a lack of historical data and the Bid and Ask information for historical data is not always present. We simply cannot help any further with this as it is going to be related to the Rithmic data.

If you want to see how the Sierra Chart data is historically, then install another Sierra Chart on your computer and leave the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" as "SC Data - All Services". Open a chart for ESZ23-CME and then add the Large Volume Trade Indicator.

The one thing you need to keep in mind when it comes to getting data from us for the CME Group, is that you need to have a Live, Funded, Futures Trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software. Refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

If you do not have an account that meets these requirements, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

And finally, to actually setup the data, follow the instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
