how to keep chart trader up on side of a chart

Everytime i hide a chart and unhide it the chart trader that I had attached to the left side of my chart goes away. I've saved it before I hide it, but still every time its gone. How do I keep it there permanently? Attached is a picture with an arrow of what I mean by chart trader |

Is the "Trade Window" on the left actually attached to the chart? Did you select the option for "Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart"? If so, then if you are selecting "Window >> Hide Window" and then displaying the window again, the Trade Window should remain attached to the chart as it was prior to being hidden. We just tested this to ensure there is nothing wrong with this functionality and it is working fine for us. The same is true for closing and opening the chartbook - as long as the chartbook is saved with that Trade Window attached. Yes, the trade window is attached to my chart. I added a hotkey for Trade > attach trade window. I just tried it again by manually adding it as your described. I just hid the chart and unhid it and still the trade window went away.

We are not able to reproduce the issue you are seeing. When we opened the chartbook the Trade Window was attached to the left and when we hid the chart and then opened it again, the Trade Window was still attached. Please start a new chart and attach the Trade Window and see if that new chart does the same thing for you, or if it works properly. If it works properly, then just replace the old chart with the new one. that's weird, so maybe its something with my system settings? it does it for all my charts.
