Somehow, somewhere, my vertical spacing on my numbers bars went insanely big. I tried resetting the scaling on the right panel, and nothing. Please suggest how I can fix this.

Make sure the scale is set to "Automatic" first, then reset the scales. This should get you back to a starting position from which you can adjust if necessary. Refer to the following for how to set the Automatic scaling:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Accessing Scale Settings through the Values Scale

The other option is to adjust the scale Range to get it back to where you want. Refer to the following:

As mentioned, I've done a full reset on all of this. Oddly enough, if I load a different symbol, it fixes itself. Definitely a bug.

It's not a bug. Are you able to change the scale range manually (right click on the scale and select "Interactive Scale Range" and then right click on the scale and move up/down to compress/expand the scale)?

I am not new with this software. I've used the scale range, I know how to adjust it. As you can clearly see, I have this fully customized. It's a bug. Get over yourself.

So what happens when you adjust the range? Does it not change or does something else happen?

It does not fix the issue. The only way to fix the issue is by reloading a new symbol into the chart.

Ok. But what happens. We are trying to understand why it is not fixing it. You should be able to compress the scale and get the Numbers Bars to show correctly. If this is not working, then we need to understand why.

What exactly occurs when you try to compress the scale?

Also, what is "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Tick Size" set to?
