Who is your broker? They should know how to handle a "permission denied" error. They will need to contact Rithmic for help with this. We cannot help with it. This is not relevant to the issue: Rithmic Trading: Bridge process is still running. | 2014-07-21 16:17:24 This is the result of when the bridge program is shutting down and cannot because the Rithmic API is slow to disconnect.
