Hi,

I paid for MBO data through mid-november not seeing it anymore in my feed this morning (after i downgrade the renewal package to not include MBO).

I should still be able to see MBO data through mid-november.

please advise.

You downgraded your package to Package 11. As such, you no longer have the ability to view the MBO data. You need to be on Package 12 to be able to view the data. As soon as you make a change to your package, that change goes into affect immediately.

We have an Evaluation option for Package 12, which we have enabled for your account. For the next 30 days, as long as you have an active package, you will have access to the system as if you were on package 12.
