DOM DATA ISSUES

For the past several weeks, I've been having issues with my dom's data. As you can see from the image, that has been uploaded, it has gaps. As time sequences through the morning, the data starts to fill in the gaps. I have market depth data, I'm running the latest version. it was doing the samething on the previous version.

The symbol is ES and this is a global issue. It is happening on any chart that has Dom on it. I've attached chart as you requested. |

We are not seeing the issue on your chart, so it does not appear to be a chart setting issue. You state that you have this issue with any chart that has a DOM. Is this true for any symbol, or just for charts for the ES? Did you perform the steps as outlined in Post #3 above to disable the use of custom symbol settings? I only trade ES but I have seen it only NQ. The charts that I sent you were clean charts with only the DOM. On my platform, the data had holes in it. After the market opens, it takes 5 min or more for the data to fill in. I have market depth data, so I know that isn't the issue. If you are not seeing it on your end, then there is something on my side that is causing the issue. Any ideas? |

It is not unusual to have gaps in the market depth data when you first startup, but it should fill in within a few seconds. We have never seen it take 5 minutes (or more). Please select "File >> Time and Sales" and make sure you have the data flowing as you would expect. Also, when you see the gap - select "File >> Market Depth Data" and see if the gap is also showing in that window. I just completed latest update to SC. I'm still having issues, and it's only with ES. I did a screen capture of market depth Window and you can see there is a gap in the DOM, and in the Market Depth Window, the pricing is six digits not the normal five digits. |

I wanted to get back to let you know that you solved the issue. The custom symbol values was enabled. Once I disabled this, everything returned back to normal. Thank you very much for your assistance. |
