the package 11 allow you to have live data for equities because mine is not connected. it says ' reconnect wait'

Our servers show that your "Current Selected Service" is set to "DTN IQ Feed". If this is the correct service you are trying to connect to, then most likely you are missing some items in the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings". Refer to the instructions for DTN at the following link:

If you are not setup to get data from DTN IQ Feed, then what service are you trying to connect your Sierra Chart software to?
