[Programming Help] - ACSIL - which function for - find crossings current EMA20 price with previous Swing H/Ls

Hello, I try to programm an alert/output which indicates me, when the current EMA20 price (reckoned at bar open) crosses from below the bar high Price of one of the previous Swing Highs (searches withing the previous 80 bars - 5min chart of this day). So I need to compare the current EMA with the ~15 Swing High values. I found out that this math is not possible for a study alert formula, so I need to programm it in ACSIL. IN the ACS folder I can find many references which I can copy easily, but I am searching for days how I can implement and find this specific formula. Any hint would be very helpful.
