Transferring all preferences to another computer

I want to know what files control preferences that I have set up on a previous copy of Sierra. Can i just copy over and replace most of the files under "SIERRA CHARTS" to the new computer? Or just specific files that contain the setups, settings and keyboard shortcuts etc.?
