Hello! I have subscribed to the package 5 with you guys and at the same time I have a 14 days trial with bulnox prop firm and I want to connect it to my sierra chart package but they use rithmic data and as I know rithmic data doesnt have good data quality so my question is, If I have the package 5 and I want to connect my bulnox acount i should use rithmic trading in the data/trade service in sierra chart but Ill be getting good data because i already have subscribed to the oackage 5 with you guys am I right or worng? hope you understand my problem bst Regards!

To start with, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to be able to connect to a trading account and/or to have the ability to get real-time data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, or U.S. Equities. Refer to the information here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages To change your package follow these instructions: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time. -- The next issue is that in order to get real-time data for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account - Prop Firm accounts like Bulnox do not count towards this requirement.
