Hi,

I trade futures with AMP and would like to connect with Teton; however in doing so my stock charts don't work. In these cases do I need to run two separate instances of Sierra to get real-time for both? I'd prefer one interface.

Thanks

One instance is fine set to use Teton. Stock symbols will work.

Try again. Tell us one symbol you have a problem with.

Hi,

I just got my live credentials from AMP to route to Teton. I'm not getting live or delayed data for futures and I am positive that I set up the Global Trade settings correctly and have the most recent version of Sierra. Under trade account the system has correct acct and money.

What is the problem?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases)

We will then determine what the problem is.

I followed the procedure but chose to send the logs for ticker ESZ23_FUT_CME[M] for Teton order routing and AMP connectivity.

Is it possible that this is caused by me not logging into my trading account within 30 days? If so, sorry. I had to wait for AMP to set up the connection and funds to clear.

Yes. Why would I get delayed data when I am paying for realtime data?

Did you look at the logs that I sent for analysis using the message Logs. What did they tell you?

We do not need to look at the log. Previously said you were not getting real-time or delayed data. That required a log.

You have no exchanges active for real-time futures data. This needs to be done here:

I'm so lost by your comment. I completed my subscription choices for CME and have been paying the corresponding fees for months. How are these no longer choosen?

I was getting real time data since I reactivated my subscription with you guys.

You are not setup to get the any real-time data for the CME Group from us. The last time you had this data active was March of 2022.

You are setup to get the "NASDAQ TotalView" exchange, which is the U.S. Equities that are traded on the NASDAQ.

You can activate an exchange for the CME Group at the following link:

I took care of it but I was also subscribed to RT CME data.

You can close the ticket.
