Hi i am using a rythmic direct dtc data for evaluation account and i want to see vix cfe sp 500 vix cfe futures data but there seems to be nothing in the chart its frozen no data showing up can you help me with this and let me know how can i get it Thank You |

The reason you are not getting any data for this is because you are connected to Rithmic and have not activated the CFE exchange from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, the system is trying to get the data from Rithmic, but you must not be setup to get the data from Rithmic. If you are fine with the delayed streaming data (delayed by 15 minutes) then install a second Sierra Chart and leave the "Current Selected Service" as "SC Data - All Services". You can then get the delayed streaming data from us to that installation. The other option is to go through the setup for the CFE exchange from us and activate (and pay for) the exchange data (the cost is $12.00 per month with Market Depth).
