Trading chart DOM not working

The first item is that the particular symbol you have for that chart is a CFD (XAUUSD). The CFD data we have does not have any Market Depth data. To see Market Depth data for Gold, you would need to chart the Gold Futures from the CME Group (GC). Second, you are not setup to get any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You are able to get the Delayed Streaming Data, for which you can view the Market Depth and Market by Order information for the CME Group, EUREX, and CFE. If you are wanting real-time data for the CME Group, then keep in mind the requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees.
