Go to Global Settings >> Graphic Settings >> Colors and Chart Font tab >> CandleStick Up Outline & CandleStick Down Outline. Or for an individual chart: Chart >> Graphic Settings >> Colors and Chart Font tab >> CandleStick Up Outline & CandleStick Down Outline.
