Hey Team, First of all thanks for all the help and great customer service support, Can you please guide me on how can I print, modify and manage ongoing orders on FOOTPRINT CHART AND DOM CHART, It used to do it on the simulation but while trading live market, it doesnt print anymore. I want to see my ongoing order and be able to modify it on footprint and DOM Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-10-18 12:02:00

Ok so is this a case where, you are entering an order from either the Chart or the Trading DOM and then you want to see the same order, also on the associated Chart or Trading DOM?

Yes please, I am putting my orders on DAY VWAP-volume chart On Simulation, it shows me the ongoing orders on DOM and Footprint chart, But as soon as I switch it back to my Funding test account, it stops showing the orders on DOM and Footprint chart. |

The most likely reason is that the selected trading account is set differently for the charts that are not showing the orders than it is for the chart where the orders are placed.
