Execute through IB, subscribed to Denali data, and to ICE through IB.

ICE quote not showing on quoteboard, and symbol settings do not seem correct.

1. How can get the IB realtime ICE data into SC quoteboard,
2. How can load full historical intraday?

3. Previously daily historical data on Sugar SB worked fine, after subscribing to ICEUS realtime data through IB, daily historical downloads fine, displays on chart, then chart redraws and all history disappears except current price.

This would be related to the IB data. We do not know why you are having the issue. The main thing is to ensure that you have the correct symbol - since IB's symbols are so complicated.

You can refer to what we have for the IB symbols at the following link, but it is best that you ask IB directly:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

1. Previous historical data is downloading and displaying, there is an error in the price data for the current historical bar, it starts and draws from 0 whether on a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, this is only happening on this SB symbol since subscribing to realtime data for it on ICEUS through IB, image attached. How can I fix this, or get this historical data from SC service, while in subinstance connected to IB for trading?

2. Longer historical intraday history is not loading and displaying, even though it shows it is being downloaded for past contract months, and other symbols on this same chart show the full history. Days to load is set high both on the chart, and in the DTS settings. Tried doing in main instance also, updating symbol settings, deleting and downloading all data, etc.

Are you able to get ICE real-time intraday data for Sugar? I am thinking about subscribing to the ICE real-time data feed through IB for DX Dollar trading.

Open up your Chart Settings Window for the Sugar Daily Historical Data Chart. Under Symbol Settings, change your Historical Price Multiplier to 100. When I loaded the Sugar Daily Historical Data Chart, I had to change the Historical Price Multiplier to 100 because the price data was showing up as 27 cents not $27. If you like at your Sugar Daily Historical Chart, the green dashed line at the bottom looks like 27 cents.

If you look under Global Settings >> Symbol Settings and find SB-######-NYBOT, the Default Historical Price Multiplier is 0.01. So the Historical Price data is being multiplied by 0.01. You can change this to Custom 1 instead of Default 0.01. This might be the better solution instead of changing the Chart Settings Window >> Symbol Settings. I tried this method and re-downloaded the chart and it changed the historical data from 27 cents to $27.

Also you could ask John in SC Support to change the default settings to 1 and then Update From Server.

I confirm what @User584084 wrote:

In case of SB there is a difference between how SC displays the price format vs what IB uses.
The displayed pricing differs based on what data/trade service the SC instance is connected to (SC All Data or IB) because IB does not follow the 'official' pricing format as set by ICE and the only way to fix this is to change the symbol settings of the SB.

The same issue happens with couple other symbols, where IB uses a different pricing than the official.

In the past, when SC still provided data for ICE, I solved this by running a separate instance connected to SC All Data for charting, and another one that was connected to IB for execution.

@User624595
On the first chart example above, you are seemingly having mixed data - the displayed symbol is the SC supported symbol, but part of the chart is seemingly from the IB datafeed and the last bar is from the SC feed.

A workaround could be to run a separate instance that you connect to IB and turn off the support SC data in the Data/Trade services settings. Then browse for the proper SB symbol using the File Find symbol and select and display the correct IB formated symbol.

In brief, you either have to use the SC symbol format or the IB format and not mix them.
Hope this helps.
