Does Us Equities Consolidated taped offer real time number bar data??

I'm trying to see real time nasdaq orders on the number bars aswell as all of the orders that are being placed outside of the nasdaq market. Will purchasing "US Equities Consolidated Tape" allow me to see all of the orders form number bars in real time or do I have to purchase Nasdaq Total View as well ?
