unable to receive cme data on 2nd computer

I activated all exchanges for 1 system 34.95 and also activated additional cme only 11.50 so that i can get it on my 2nd computer(laptop).but its not working on my 2nd computer.Is there anything else i need to do or this cannot be done.plseas let me know

It does not work like you think. There is an option on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed It is named "Number Of Systems (Computers)". You have to set that to 2 and then what that does is causes the exchange fee costs for every exchange that you have active to be multiplied by 2.
