Team,
I upgraded to 2555.

Color bar based on alert condition stopped working properly. Set o "Independent"

I am not able to project dot or error above or below candle.

All the dots/arrows are on the top of the chart.

ID2 is Cumulative delta bar Volume (or it could be anything)

Color bar based on alert condition:
=ID2.SG4>ID2.SG4[-1].

Something changed:

Thank you
Mike.

It's easiest if you just get us your chart by following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart

There are a lot of possible reasons for what you are seeing, so it's easiest for us to just look at the chart and figure it out rather than go back and forth.

Your "Output when Condition True" is set to "1.0" for both Color Bar studies.

If you want the dots at the High or Low of the bar, then you need to set the "Output when Condition True" to be "Same as Input Data" and have the "Input Data" set to the High or Low of the bars. Refer to the following:
Color Bar Based on Alert Condition: Drawing Arrows/Text or Other Styles at the High or Low of Bars

The other thing you need to change is to make the Scale for the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition to be "Automatic".

Separately, we noted that the Scale for your Main Price Graph is set to "Independent". As such, even with the change above for the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition to be "Automatic", it will not get everything lining up. You really need the Main Price Graph to be a scale setting other than "Independent".
