Closing price on historical daily chart is not the settlement price

I have set up a historical chart with 1 day per bar (see attached screenshot). If I understood the documentation correctly, the closing price on each bar should be the settlement price for the corresponding day. However, this doesn't seem to be the case: For the ES December contract, according to the official CME site, the settlement price of previous Friday (13.10.2023) is 4357.25. This matches exactly with what I see in the Quote Board. But on my historical daily chart, the last shown price on the last bar is 4351.50 (which is the actual closing price of that day, not the settlement price). Am I missing something, or do I need to make any other specific configurations to see the settlement on the historical chart? |
