Freeze on replay

Hi,

I have SC freeze when trying to use replay functionality.
I tried "Single chart" and "All charts" without success.

When I click "Play" the chart(s) start showing "Loading ... " their data and suddenly after 2-3 seconds they freeze in a loading state.
For example: "Loading: 9.2%, ESZ23_FUT_CME.2023-10-12.depth"

All charts windows, even the Main Sierra Chart window are unresponsive. (blue spinning circle disc)
I've let it in this state for a few minutes, and forcibbly terminate the program.
I've restarted many times with the same rersult when try to replay.

Please help.

A follow up here.

I used the Crash Reporter feature of creating a dump file after x seconds and Sierra Chart created such a file on the next crash I had when I tried to use the Replay (SierraChart.24664.dmp)

After zipping it, it's 88Mb.
If you need it, and can be uploaded through this forum, please tell me.

I desperately, need the Replay functionality.

The dump file is of no use. Delete this market depth data file: ESZ23_FUT_CME.2023-10-12.depth

Also reduce the amount of data loaded in the chart:
Chart Settings: Days to Load for Intraday Chart Data Type (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Load Data Limiting Method: Days to Load menu)

I've tried the following as suggested:

1. Deleted all *.depth files except the todays' one, because it was obviously used by Sierra Chart so it was locked.
2. Set 'Days to Load' to 10 on all charts and 2-3 on some.
3. Replay was fine on 2023-10-12, although obviously without DOM Market Depth data.
4. Trying to replay from this morning 2023-10-16 09:30:00 (New York tz) had the same freeze (crash?) of whole Sierra Chart windows (charts, replay control and main window)

So, back to square #1.

Please advise.

We want you to remove all studies through Analysis >> Studies from the chart and see if that resolves the problem.

because it was obviously used by Sierra Chart so it was locked.
This problem is resolved by disconnecting from the data feed with File >> Disconnect.
