Three days ago, my heatmap feature stopped. Even though I have tried to change the Market Depth Historical Graph Setting, it could not help. It is still not showing any map. Any help will be appreciated.

We want you to follow the instructions here to download historical market depth data for the current day (in particular step #8): Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data And then follow the instructions here to reset the Market Depth Historical Graph study back to default settings: Chart Studies: Resetting Default Study Settings For an Individual Study Then remove the Market Depth Historical Graph and put it back on the chart and you should be seeing the information.
