In your old Point and Figure study, you had the one box reversal setting (True/False) Point and Figure Chart but since you point to the new way of plotting Point and Figure charts: Chart Settings: Point and Figure Bar (Intraday Charts) I noticed that the one-box-reversal setting is either not there or I cannot find it. Would you point me in the right direction please? thank you |

When you select the Point and Figure bar type, you then need to enter two values in the field below that (Bar Period Value). The first of the entries is the Box Size (in Ticks) and the second is the Reversal Size, which can be set to a value of 1. The information for this is in the link you referenced above (repeated here for ease): Chart Settings: Point and Figure Bar (Intraday Charts) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

i got that far (so I am using 12 - 1 as parameters), but it has 1 box reversals as an allowed option (see figure attached), whereas I prefer it to be the Wyckoff convention. In the old study it is possible to do so, but somehow I cannot find it in the new chart format.

This is not supported with this particular Bar Period Type.
