Hello, I tested Sierrachart Teton and now want to move other trading to Teton. My setup is that I have 1 computer only for charts and one seperate computer only for ordering. This means I need more than 1 license, I am on package 11 so I see that I have 3 other computers allowed. I read this documentation: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously I understand this document but it does not describe how this will work with the Teton order routing. Also since package 11 includes 3 additional licenses, does this already takes into account the extra denali exchange fee? If I add another computer then I am at 4? Please explain. How will this work for the teton order routing, do I just login with the same login on the second machine and will orders show up on the other computer in the charts? Will it get position updates since they are the same account? Thanks! Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-10-12 13:22:47

First, there are two different rules that you need to take into account. The first one is that you are allowed to have Sierra Chart running on up to 3 computers simultaneously. You can pay for an additional computer if you wanted to have 4 computers at the same time. The second is the Denali Data Feed, which, due to exchange rules, works differently. In this case, the data can only be received by one system at a time. You can pay an additional exchange fee in order to get the data to two different systems at a time, but two is the maximum. Refer to the information/instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously -- With regards to the Teton Order Routing, you just setup your Sierra Chart installations (regardless of what computers they are on) to connect to the Teton Order Routing and set your Futures Clearing Merchant appropriately - so this will be the same for all your installations. You will then be able to trade and see the information for your account on all the systems. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
