Sierra Charts Program Freezing / Crashing

I don't know wtf is going on at Sierra Charts tonight but your software is crashing or freezing each time I try to move through my charts and complete my analysis. Please either fix this problem tonight or give me a refund, I have honestly had enough of problems with your software and would be happy to sever this relationship.

What exactly are you doing at the time you are having an issue? And what exactly occurs? If the program is truly crashing, then we need to know if this is something you can reproduce? If so, when does it occur, what exactly are you doing? If it locks up, how long does this occur for (a second or two, or many minutes)?
