hello,

i made a second account for sierra chart but when i want to connect to the data feed it gives me the permission denied ( i got my live credentials from amp futures )
i contacted amp futures and they said they enabled me and i need to contact you guys

We need to know the exact message you are getting.

Also, how are you setup? You may not need 2 Sierra Chart accounts, depending on what you are trying to do.

hey john

i want to use sierra chart for chart analysis and bookmap for execution only the problem is if i use bookmap and sierra chart on the same account it doesn't work because i can only login to one account so i asked amp support how i can solve that and they advised me to create an extra account and now i have for sierra chart a non data/ order routing only live account in combination with the denali data feed from your site but unfortunately i can't login
