Hello,
I would like to ask you to confirm / deny my questions based on license, time of use and data feed. I have tried to include them all to clarify and simplify them not only for me, but for all new users on one place.

A) For testing Sierra chart after "demo" period has expired:

1) Usage time is 31 days and it is independent on end and start of calendar month? For example: if I buy license 12.9., license will be active until 19.11. etc.?

2) For capability to use Numbersbar is sufficient: "Service Package 5" and "Denali Delayed Exchange Data Feed" (it is same as with demo licence?) that is included and it is sufficient to use Numbersbar?

3) Broker account is not needed.(?)

B) For step ahead to live trading:

4) For usage Sierra with broker and Numbersbar, it will be needed to upgrade Service Package to 11 and to have active broker account?

5) If I have prepaid license "Service Package 5" (with remaining days to use) and I need to upgrade/I upgrade to "Service Package 11", remaining usage time will be shortened in proportion to price and time of Service Package 5 vs 11?

6) Paid Data Feed service usage is based on start and end of current calendar month?

7) Maket Dept mean data Level 2 and it is not needed for using Numbersbar, so "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts" is sufficient option?

Thanks you very much
Tom

1. 31 days would be added to the account from the current date if there is no longer any usage time on the account. And there is no connection to the calendar month.

2. Yes.

3. Yes.

4. You would need service package 11 but whether you need a broker is only associated with the CME:

5. Yes this is correct.

6. This only relates to exchange fees.

7. Yes this is a correct understanding.
