The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Never had this happen before, so what do I need to do to get it up and running again? All the agreements says it is good to go it is active. This is not a funding account so what is needed for me to get verified again. |

Do you have an actual funded trading account with a futures broker? For now you can use Rithmic data. Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to No. If you have changed this setting, then reconnect to the data feed after by selecting 'File >> Reconnect". Ok have gone through the global settings with disconnect then SC Data - All services then reconnected and still nothing is giving me live data??

Yes this is a live trading account through AMP has been for a long time. So not sure what is happening.

If you always want Sierra Chart to be connected to your Trading service and want to have the Denali Exchange Data Feed integrated with that service, then it is not necessary to perform the steps in this subsection. In this last case, follow the Integration with Trading Services instructions . The last month i have connected everyday but with sim as i did no live trades this last month. Was or is that the issue? But do you have a fix for this so I can be ready to do atleast on Monday? I have gone through what you have sent and not sure what else to do... I have Denali and have not changed a setting and everything was working fine when I shutdown last night. Thanks for any help and I am at a loss here.

I have no idea would think CQG but been so long since i set this up so i do not know 100%. Teton does not sound familiar to me at all. i went through the step you sent to reconnect and that did not work either. Still showing Delay on charts and can not see my account balances either.

ok anyway someone can call me or jump on computer and we figure this out. I have the (M) on chart never had this issue before, never had to worry about connecting as i connect everyday to this account lately it has been in sim but nothing has changed and I have not changed setting or touch anything from yesterday. The day is toast but would like to know this is fixed before I start drinking and getting the weekend started. Thanks for the help but about had enough of this LOL. Time for a cold one but want to know it is fixed first.

Thank worked All my information was deleted some how, when started looking this am had sierra charts all service but from what I remember that was how it always was? changed to CQG and got username and password entered and it worked. Now is there anything I need to make sure Denali feed is correct? Thanks again for the help and I am at a loss of WTF happened here. All seems well but if you could confirm denali is correct I would appreciated it and will be out of your hair and again thanks.
