Hi, I am currently in the trial mode and paid to upgrade to package 10. However it says it wont be live until end of 15 day trial (10/16). How do I update to begin trading live immediately?

This is not correct. Your Sierra Chart Service Package is currently set to 10. So you are all set. You may need to restart Sierra Chart though. Let us know if you need more help.
