Market Data has no option to activate non-Professional

Hi, My market data has switched to delayed service, i have completed the non-professional document. But i don't see the non-professional service for activation, the only option i see is professional. Could you please let me know is my account is defaulting to professional ? I have interactive brokers market data service, but my issue is i can't watch for eg: TPO chart and trade simultaneously for options if my market data is connected to IB. I have now turned on IB market data for the time being and am switching between the services to execute trades. Regards, Sreeroop |
