Hi Support Team,
The bid/ask values are all "zeroes" on my footprint chart.
I am using rithmic/Apex for my account, How can I resolve this issue?

That usually occurs when you are not connected to the data feed during that period, as Rithmic historical data is limited.

We do not know what is exactly occurring here and we do not give support for Rithmic data, since we have seen so many issues with it. The only solution is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. To begin with, refer to our position on the Rithmic data here:

I am not a DOM trader but I use TPO Chart and Foot Print Chart, Will this be enough "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts" for day trading?

I am not seeing the historical data on the intraday chart past a few days, I activated the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts" few hours ago and I restarted the application but still no data. I left the historical data username/password blank

Go to the chart where you are missing data and start by selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". This will ensure that all the data in that chart is from our Denali Feed.

If this is a Continuous Futures Contract, then be sure you select ALL the contracts to delete and download.
