Chart of VOLQ-NQGI is not updating, it's stuck at Friday close (I tried with few other -NQGI symbols and they work OK). Any idea? Thanks.

It is still being looked into as to what is occurring. We are not getting the data from NASDAQ for some reason.

Hi, is there any progress on the issue? As I am here again: I've noticed that I am able to display NISS-NYSE only from 2023-01-31 onwards (for other symbols - i.e. NISS-NQ or NISS-NASDAQ - it's possible to download since 2021-12-27 to the current date). Moreover, data is totally missing from 2023-03-22 to 2023-05-15. Any solution? |

According to Sierra_Chart Engineering: NASDAQ discontinued this symbol and we are not sure of the reason.

Yes it is confirmed from NASDAQ the VOLQ-NQGI symbol has been discontinued. We find this very strange why they would do that. We would have to assume there is more to this situation than we are aware of, perhaps involving the CBOE. But we simply do not know the facts.
