i have added my dll and added a user but my user is not getting the file. Is there a setting that i have missed or the used has missed .

The end date for the user is not entered properly. It needs to be in the form of "YYYY/MM/DD" (note the slashes, not dashes). Please remove or update the end date and this should resolve it. Thank you , i corrected this , but still when i use sc.IsUserAllowedForSCDLLName this returns false for my users that i have added ?
