I hope that you can assist. I have used SC Order Copier service for many months - with 100% success, thank you I have also used Global Profit Loss Management (GPLM) system, also with great success - thank you However, now I see there is a problem, is I use these together. Here is what I have done: 1. Using the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts (OATA), whenever I open an order, edit it, or close it on the master, it is duplicated perfectly on the target account, every time. 2. When I run GPLM on any single account, the orders are closed, again, perfectly, as expected. 3. However, if I combine these together, when the master opens an order, it's duplicated on the target, BUT if the GPLM system closes the trade, it remains open on the target - every time. I do have a work around that means I can use the GPLM system, but I need to run a chart for each of the accounts, each with it's own GPL, which is not ideal, but possible. I have tried the recommended 'Hold Market order' - both on and off, and it does not fix the issue Any help is greatly appreciated |

Yes this is correct: BUT if the GPLM system closes the trade, it remains open on the target - every time.

Is it possible to support adding multiple accounts manually to the Global Profit Loss Management? Or to keep a chart open for each account being traded, to apply the Global Profit Loss Management to each, without interfering with the Order Allocation? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-11-29 17:42:11

Global Profit Loss Management does not support the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts functionality.
It would be very helpful if profit loss management worked with order allocation to trade accounts. This is my current use case, and I don't see a reason that I would choose either profit loss managment, or order allocation across multiple accounts. These features seem to go together very nicely, if they would work together. |

Support team Re: Global Profit Loss Management does not support the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts functionality. Are there any plans for this feature/funtion to work?? The Order Allocation is very very good, as is the GPLM, but having them both operational at the same time would be an ideal, for many users, I'm sure Please let us know if there is an update that provides this, and if not is it on the dev' plans? |
