Confused about what data is coming from SC

I use package 12 and have Denali. I use Rithmic real time data and "Allow Support for SC Data Feeds" is disabled. A couple of questions:

1. The data for CFD symbols like JPN225, GER30, USDX don't come from my Rithmic data feed, and must come from SC. This data is real-time. If I did not have Denali at all, would I still receive this data, and would it be real-time? Why am I getting SC data, since I have the "Allow Support" option disabled?

2. I requested data from a 3-year old contract, and the log said the following. This seems to indicate it's coming from Rithmic, and that it's not coming from SC data servers. Is that correct? Now, if my data provider did not provide any historical data, and if I did NOT subscribe to Denali, would I still get historical intraday data from SC (understanding that it would only include updates no sooner than 10-15 minutes from the current time)?

1. The Forex and CFD data will always come from the Sierra Chart data feed and that option is not relevant.

2. When using an external trading service like Rithmic the historical data is always going to come from that particular service if not using the Denali Data Feed. There is no way around this.

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions.

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.
