There is the "BE" (Break Even) button on the Trade Window, along with Control Bar and Keyboard shortcuts that can be setup to do this. Refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> BE (BreakEven button) Control Bar: Customize Control Bars >> Control Bar 1-12 (Global Settings) Global Settings Menu: Customize Keyboard Shortcuts (Global Settings menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

It sounds like you are placing the Stop after you create the initial position. In this case, that it is not an "Attached Order", it is just a separate order sitting out there, therefore it does not have any connection to the original order. As such, selecting "Move to Break Even" will not adjust that Stop since there is no "Break Even" point for it to move to. In other words, the "Move to Break Even" and several other commands that are associated with "Attached Orders" do not work on orders that are sent separate from, and not connected to, a Parent order. In order to send the Stop and have it connected to an order, us the "Send Attached Orders - Position/Price" Order Type. Refer to the following: Order Types: Send Attached Orders - Position/Price For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
