I would like to test out something without Denali data. I have deactivated it but It would still be activated until the next billing period. Is there anyway I could force deactivate it? Does the setting "Allow support for sierra chart data feeds" turned to "Off" do that? |

We can force a complete stop for an exchange for you if you need it. But setting "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No", will give you the same effect. Just keep in mind, that with "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to "No", you will still have access to our Delayed Streaming Data, depending on what your "Current Selected Service" is set to.
