Hello Support, I've been struggling with Window related issues running SierraChart under Parallels (MacOS). Title bar of a chart window only appears when the window is in focus. This applies to both attached and detached windows. I am aware that it is possible to hide the title bar, the scrollbar, and the context menu of each window. It seems that for some reason the state of these options for windows that are out of focus is changed automatically. With Title bar it is predictible - if in focus, the title bar is visible, otherwise it's hidden. However, the context menu hides randomly. When it disappears, it is not possible to bring it back without reattaching the window (if detached) or using the SC Main Window's context menu, which never disappears. I experience this behavior on the newest version of Parallels - 19, but it was the same on the previous version I used - 17. I am not aware of anyone else having the same issue. I do not observe this issue with other applications, but also I am not aware of any application that allows the user to show/hide the title bar and the context menu. I am not sure if the scrollbar is affected since I always have it hidden on all my charts. I understand it may be difficult to debug, given it's a Parallels/MacOS specific issue. If it's not possible to fix, I would appreciate an option to set titlebar/context menu visibility globally for all windows without the ability to hide them on a per chart basis. Kind Regards, Ivory Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-09-26 23:53:06

Make sure you do not have this option enabled: General Settings Window: Auto Hide Charts Title Bar And Scrollbar (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Application GUI) And on the Chart menu for each chart make sure you have not hidden the title bar: Chart Menu Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thank you so much. I wasn't aware this option exists and it was toggled on for some reason.
