FundedFuturesNetwork Chicago Server Missing - Rithmic

I am trying to login using the user + pw provided from my Funded Futures account. However, the option available is FundedFuturesNetwork-FrankFurt and that is the only location that I am able to use. The rest of the servers are there, its just FFN's servers that are not popping up. I am trying to access FundedFuturesNetwork-Chicago . Thank you!

You need to ask Funded Futures Network about this. The list of servers is received from Rithmic, so it is not something we control.

I was informed by their support system that the servers need to be added from SC's end. I was able to access the Chicago area from Rtrader Pro and they have all the gateways on there.

They are incorrect. We do not add those servers. We get the list from Rithmic. The interface to RTrader Pro is different from what is used for Sierra Chart. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Shouldn't the servers be on there if the list is from Rithmic and they send it to you? Would it be a problem on my end then if it's not popping up? They have had other traders trade through Sierra as well through the FFN Server List and they sent the users that are on it right now.

All we can tell you is that the list comes from Rithmic each time you open that window and are connected to Rithmic. Right now, when we pull up the server list, we only see 2 entries for "Funded Futures Network" - FundedFuturesNetwork-Frankfurt-Non-Aggregated - FundedFuturesNetwork-Frankfurt-Aggregated If there is supposed to be more, then you need to ask Rithmic or Funded Futures Network.
