Maybe there is a file I can edit or delete to remove this? This position has been on my trade positions dashboard for almost a year and I don't remember how it got there, but I have no luck in getting it off. I tried opening the associated DOM in sim (which doesn't show the order). It's a 1 lot short position on ESM3, but even if I try to add a long 1 to that DOM it doesn't correct. I'm sure I've changed lots of settings since that trade got on there but I'd really like to get it off my screen by any means necessary. The "flatten all" or "flatten" button don't work. If I do it while not in sim mode, it asks if I want to flatten by buying one, I click yes, and nothing happens. If I have it in sim mode, it says that "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On' on the menu does not match simulation state for ESM3.CME and Trade Account: Sim1" Please help. Thank you Brian |

The first thing we need for you to do is to update to the latest release. There was a problem that occurred about a year ago (maybe more now), where an incorrect order would show up. This was resolved rather quickly, but we wonder if you are on the version that had that issue. To update, follow these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Ok so I updated, and now the position still exists in my subinstance, but not my main instance.
