Hi SC support,

I'm going to fund my usage time expired account again. There's some changes I need to make: going from cqg to teton and Denali. Amp has already switched me to teton. I filled 3 forms in my sc account.

I want my account to be online the first of next month and I'm not sure that if i fund the sc account now that it automatically will buy/activate the package 11 I selected. Or is there some button I will need to press once the funding is in the account?

Do I activate the exchange data on the 1st? I think i should or should this be done earlier?

Amp still bills me for this same data do I ask them via support to stop?

Is there anything else I need to the care of?

Your account is currently expired, but is set to be on Package 11 for 6 months. As such, as soon as you have enough funds in your account ($220.80), your account will immediately be activated with Package 11 for 6 months. There is nothing you need to do, but add the funds.

You should wait to activate the exchange(s) you want until the first day of next month. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis and they are not pro-rated. So if you activate an exchange today (September 25, 2023), you will pay the full amount for the remaining time in the month - meaning you will pay the full monthly amount for only 5 days. Then you will pay again on October 1, 2023 for the month of October.

When you are ready, follow the instructions at the following link to setup the CME Group data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed:

The only other thing you need to do is to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to your Teton account with AMP. To do this, follow the instructions at the following link starting at step #6:

In terms of the data from AMP, they should not be charging you for any data since you are now using the Teton Order Routing Service. If they are still charging you for data from CQG, then tell them to stop, as you can not use that data.
